·         Create and execute an IT strategy that advances and align the overarching goals of the company.

·         Monitor performance and productivity level of the technical team

·         Planning, design, organize, implement and track the network infrastructure and IT system work flow from daily task provisioning and support to high level projects  to ensure the work efficiency and effectiveness

·         Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems

·         Implementing safety procedures and data recovery plans.

·         Manage service delivery cycle

·         Ensure all the documentation and reports from departments are up to date

·         Report for the CTO and CEO in daily monthly and yearly bases

·         Manage partner and Vendor performance

·         Assisting project sourcing (Tender, RFQ, Bid/quotation analysis) based on plans consolidated

·         Assist the procurement process of materials

·         Coordinate effectively with Project Manager in project proposal design engagements

·         Site visit to ensure all the required materials are deployed

·         Effectively manages business performance by planning, coordinating, delivering, evaluating and communicating as appropriate.

·         Recruiting, training, and evaluating staff members.

·         Work on quality of customer service

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and related  fields

• At least three (4) to For (5) years of progressively responsible professional experience in information technology systems or related work experience

• Must exceed on Supervising and exciting ability

• Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience in relation to management that provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities is a plus
