Duties and Responsibilities

• Writing and presenting project reports/proposals and reviewing contracts

• Revise and update layouts in response to on-site challenges/modifications as they arise

• Loyal and punctual working hours

• Creating building/concept designs and very detailed working

• Traveling or visiting building sites, proposed locations, and client meetings as may be required. In some cases, this may be outside the Office.

• Working closely with a team of other professionals i.e. building service engineers, construction managers, and quantity surveyors to achieve coordination of drawings and Bills of Quantities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Taking and preparing notes of technical coordination meetings and site progress meetings

Job Requirements

Qualification:

• BSc/MSc Degree in Architecture from a recognized university

• Working experience of more than five years as a Senior Architect. 

• Excellent communication skills and a team player

• Must be a passionate, hardworking, and talented individual

• High levels of detailed design knowledge

• A keen interest in the built environment and the dedication to see projects to their conclusion.

• Willingness to work long hours as may be required

• Excellent design and drafting skills

Special Skills

• 5 years of Industrial Experience

• Ability to comply and manage multiple tasks

• Ability to work under pressure

• Drafting, modeling, and Rendering skills

• Site supervision experience

• On-time task delivery skills

• Communication and report writing skills

Software skills

• AutoCAD

• Autodesk Revit

• ArchiCAD

• Lumion

• Photoshop

• Illustrator

• Ms. Excel and MS Word

• Exterior and interior renderings
