·       Uphold all safety and sanitation policies in the cafeteria outlet

·       Support staff by working the busiest shifts and covering all positions when needed

·       Responsible and efficient control on cafeteria activities.

·       Daily pass-on to cafeteria outlet

·       Hold daily lineups with staff and communicative cafeteria  and department objectives

·       Assist with all phases of cafeteria operations, ensuring all facilities and equipment are in proper working order

·       Closely monitor opening and closing procedures for the facility

·       Assist with staffing/scheduling requirements for the cafeteria

Job Requirements

·       Must have a strong attention to detail strong customer service skills

·       Requires practice of proper health sanitation and good math skill ability to make change

·       Ba degree required, preferably in culinary arts

·       Knowledge in cooking, menu planning, costing, ordering and scheduling of kitchen workers

·       Knowledge of inventory control, supplies, equipment, and food production

·       Skills in leadership, management, employee and performance management
