Job Description

Executive assistants are advanced administrative professionals who work with top-level executives or in international facilities in various industries. They organise meetings, organise and maintain files, arrange travel, train staff members, communicate in other languages, and manage the day-to-day operations of the office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE GROUP CEO is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO), Board of Directors, and executive team and managing the GCEO’s office operations and coordinate and work with Deputy Chief Eruptive Officers (DCEOs), Directors and all concerned, to address issues requiring the GCEO’s attention and compile and propose course of action for final decision.

  • Keeps/handles GCEO office matters with high confidentiality and ensures privacy and exclusivity of the office and handles the office’s duty with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Arrange the GCEO meetings, Prepare meeting minutes with action items for subsequent follow-up and status report and ensuring implementation of agreed item within the specified time frame (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual.

  • Preparing a summarized data of vital information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; Making travel arrangements and completing expense and mileage reports.

  • Keeps/handles GCEO office matters with high confidentiality and ensures privacy and exclusivity of the office and handles the office’s duty with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal & external clients and stakeholders on matters pertaining to the GCEO.

  • Handle other assignments/activities as may be given by the GCEO from time to time

Job Requirement

Requirements and Qualifications

  • MA /BA in Office management, Secretarial science, Management or other related field of studies

  • 8/6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in corporate companies.

  • Ability to extend high level of hospitality creating a positive and well coming environment to guests/ customers visiting the GCEO

  • Ability to Prepare draft letters, short note and summery of documents to the GCEO

  • Excellent Written & verbal communication skills
