• Provide network support and resolve network issues;

• Provide user support on the various available Bank’s system;

• Provide support and hardware maintenance on computer, printers, scanners and related devices;

• Install and configure computer hardware and required software;

• Maintaining end user domain accounts and related security settings centrally from a windows active directory.

• Provide network installation and preventive maintenance at branches;

• Work closely with other IT teams to provide end to end user support and issues resolution;

• Offer timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computers and systems correctly.

• Reports all security incidents to responsible IT unit or manager.

• If required, configuration and troubleshooting on Routers, Switches and Firewalls.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

1. Short listed applicants include graduates of years 2020, 2021 and 2022 G.C with BSc Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields of study

2. from one to two years of IT support including computer and printer hardware maintenance on hand experience is required.

3. If the applicant has computer and printer hardware maintenance certificate such as A+ or local training certificates and on hand experience, it will be advantageous.
