Job Specifications:
Maintenance Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for facilities.
Prioritize and schedule maintenance activities to optimize efficiency.
Team Management:
Lead, manage, and mentor the maintenance team.

Project Oversight:
Oversee maintenance projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.

Coordinate drills and training for maintenance staff.

Identify opportunities for process improvement in maintenance operations.
Implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency.
Reporting:
Provide regular reports on maintenance activities, expenses, and improvement projects.
Communicate updates to senior management or stakeholders as needed.
Technology Utilization:
Leverage technology for efficient maintenance planning, tracking, and reporting.
Stay updated on relevant tools and software to enhance productivity.

Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field
Relevant certifications in maintenance management or engineering are advantageous.
Experience:
Extensive experience in maintenance management, preferably in a leadership role.
Proven track record of overseeing maintenance operations for various facilities.
Technical Proficiency:
In-depth knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other related systems.
Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead a diverse maintenance team.
Experience in developing and mentoring staff.
Regulatory Compliance:
Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to building maintenance.
Experience ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Project Management:
Proven ability to plan, execute, and oversee maintenance projects.
Experience in budgeting and cost management for maintenance activities.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external contractors.
Problem-Solving:
Effective problem-solving skills to address complex maintenance issues.
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential problems.
Vendor Management:
Strong vendor management skills, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
