Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 

Ø Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to optimize sales performance.

Ø Develop and maintain robust forecasting models to support sales planning and budgeting processes.

Ø Collaborate with the CVM team to analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and lifetime value to enhance customer retention and loyalty initiatives.

Ø Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer service operations, including call center performance, response times, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Ø Lead the development and implementation of KPIs and dashboards to monitor key business metrics and performance indicators.

Ø Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and market expansion efforts.

Ø Communicate findings and actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization through clear and concise presentations and reports.

Ø Manage a team of analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to drive team performance and engagement.

Ø Lead and coordinate a team of analysts embedded within the sales, CVM, and service departments, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and objectives.

Ø Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Ø Establish and enforce best practices for data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure consistency and accuracy across teams.

Ø Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to analysts, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Ø Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for analytical inquiries and projects within the sales, CVM, and service departments.

Ø Collaborate with departmental leaders to prioritize analytical initiatives and allocate resources effectively to meet business objectives.

Ø Monitor analyst workload and capacity, adjusting staffing levels as needed to support fluctuations in demand and project requirements.

Ø  Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing among analysts to leverage collective expertise and drive innovation.

Ø Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance analytical capabilities within the organization.

Ø Act as a liaison between the analytics team and departmental stakeholders, advocating for the importance of data-driven decision-making and promoting a culture of analytics excellence.

Ø Represent the analytics team in meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions, articulating the value of analytics in driving business outcomes and informing strategic initiatives.

Ø Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to recruit, onboard, and retain top talent within the analytics team, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects the organization's values and priorities.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field Master's degree preferred.

Ø Proven 5 years’ experience in a similar analytical role, preferably within commercial environment.

Ø Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Ø Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques for analyzing large datasets.

Ø Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.

Ø Experience in people management, including team leadership, performance management, and talent development.

Ø Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Ø Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ø Certification in business analytics or relevant field is a plus.
