Job Specifications: 

Campaign Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaign plans.

Channel Selection:

Creative Development:

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling campaign materials.

  • Ensure creative assets align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

Content Strategy:

  • Develop content strategies that support campaign goals.

  • Coordinate with content creators to produce relevant and engaging materials.

Timeline Management:

  • Create and manage campaign timelines to ensure timely execution.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to meet deadlines.

Digital Marketing Execution:

  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing aspects of the campaign.

  • Monitor and optimize performance across digital channels.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze campaign data to evaluate performance against KPIs.

  • Derive actionable insights and make data-driven recommendations.

Lead Generation:

  • Implement lead generation strategies within campaigns.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective lead nurturing.

Budget Allocation:

  • Allocate campaign budgets effectively across channels.

  • Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Reporting:

  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance.

  • Communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders.

Testing and Optimization:

  • Conduct A/B testing and optimization strategies for campaign improvement.

  • Implement changes based on data-driven insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments to align campaign efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.

Customer Engagement:

  • Develop strategies to engage and retain customers through campaigns.

  • Leverage customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Training and Development:

  • Provide training to marketing teams on campaign strategies and best practices.

  • Stay informed about advancements in marketing campaign management.

Ad Hoc Responsibilities:

  • Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by executive leadership.

Job Requirements

Education:•    

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field

  • Relevant certifications in marketing or campaign management are advantageous.

Experience:
