Job Specifications:
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements).
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
General Ledger Management:
Maintain the general ledger and perform regular reconciliations.
Record and classify financial transactions accurately.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Tax Compliance:
Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local regulations.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws that may impact financial reporting.
Audit Support:
Assist in the preparation for and coordination of internal and external audits.
Provide necessary documentation and explanations during audits.
Financial Analysis:
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Provide insights into financial performance.
Expense Management:
Monitor and control expenses in line with budgetary guidelines.
Identify cost-saving opportunities.
Cash Flow Management:
Manage and forecast cash flow to ensure liquidity.
Implement strategies for optimizing working capital.
Financial Documentation:
Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements.

Stay updated on advancements in accounting technology.
Compliance Oversight:
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal policies.
Collaborate with compliance teams to address any issues.
Training and Development:

Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Ad Hoc Reporting:
Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management.
Respond to inquiries and provide financial information as needed.
Required Number: 2(Two)
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) are advantageous.
Experience:
Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar financial role.
Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
Attention to Detail:
Exceptional attention to detail in financial record-keeping.
Accuracy in data entry and financial documentation.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
Technology Proficiency:
Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Familiarity with spreadsheet applications and financial modeling.
Regulatory Knowledge:
