Legal Training:

Collaboration with Legal Team:
Work collaboratively with other members of the legal team.
Contribute to team initiatives and projects.
Confidentiality:
Maintain strict confidentiality of legal matters.
Handle sensitive information with discretion.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities:
Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Head of Legal Department.
Support other legal and organizational initiatives as needed.
Required no: 4
Education:•
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
Continuous legal education and relevant certifications are advantageous.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in legal practice.
Experience in areas such as contract law, corporate law, or litigation is preferred.
Legal Expertise:
Sound knowledge of local, state, and federal laws relevant to the organization.
Familiarity with various legal documents and agreements.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and research skills.
Ability to analyze legal issues and provide practical solutions.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
Team Collaboration:
Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the legal team.
Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ethical Standards:
High ethical standards and integrity.
Adherence to legal and ethical standards within the organization.
