Procurement Strategy:
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Additional certifications in procurement and supply chain (e.g., Certified Professional in Supply Management - CPSM) are advantageous.
Experience:
Extensive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
Proven track record in leadership roles overseeing procurement functions.
Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead a procurement team.
Experience in fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Negotiation Skills:
Excellent negotiation skills for vendor contracts and agreements.
Ability to secure favorable terms for the organization.
Vendor Management:
Demonstrated experience in sourcing, selecting, and managing vendors.
Strong vendor relationship management skills.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with organizational goals.
Experience in contributing to overall business strategy.
Regulatory Compliance:
Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations and compliance standards.

Experience in developing and managing procurement budgets.
