Job Description
Ethiopian Skylight Hotel invites qualified applicants for the following vacant job positions.
We are looking for detail-oriented reservation agents to assist our customers with their booking needs. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers’ questions, making travel suggestions, and booking rooms and tickets.
Job requirement
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: A Minimum of College Diploma/10+3//Level III Certificate in Hotel Operations/ Tourism management/Food and beverage service or any business-related field of studies from a recognized college/university with a minimum of three years related experience in a big-scale catering institute or hotel Services.
N.B.: Age limit: 18 – 35 years old.
