Job Description
Key Performance Measures
Ø Drive new/new sales and reconnects and active days within the existing customer base.
Ø Drive consideration among non-Pay TV and competitors’ customers
Ø Convert customer demand across various channels and touchpoints
Ø Improve and continuously develop best practices in media strategy based on learnings and market.

Ø Overseeing marketing operational delivery processes from brief to delivery
Ø Brand Health Scores and a positive perception of our brands, products and affordability in-market.
Ø Set the overall marketing comms calendar for the team with clear objectives
Ø Work across a range of marketing activities to meet new customer acquisition targets
Ø Track, monitor and assess performance of all marketing activities to generate new subscribers.
Ø Work with team to improve reporting capabilities, marketing dashboards and develop understanding of related metrics
Ø Maximize response by media and by campaign through continuous testing and optimization
Ø Support on detailed and strategic media plans execution in line with market demands
Ø Develop & nurture 3rd party relationships, build effective working relationships with existing providers and vendors
Ø Lead the execution of all retail, POS and merchandising including decoders
Ø Take a lead role in planning and implementing seasonal cross-sell promotions and ensure activities drive good customer behaviors (don’t drive high risk high churn profiles)
Ø Report back on performance against agreed KPI’s to senior management
Ø Along lead the forecasting and budgeting process for in-country marketing budgeting
Ø Manage campaign budgets, channels and expenditures with Brand Managers and Regional Marketing
Ø Managers to meet efficiency targets
Ø Take responsibility for the management and ongoing coaching of your direct reports & ensure the team implements their plans as agreed
Ø Share best practice with the wider business & drive continued innovation
Qualifications& Experience
Ø Degree in Marketing or related field
Ø Post Grad Qualification or Equivalent Qualifications in Marketing or Business Management
Ø A minimum of 5 - 7 years’ experience in consumer electronics, FMCG etc
Ø Media planning experience
Ø Campaign Execution and BTL experience
Technical Competencies
Ø Strong analytical and commercial understanding
Ø Excellent budgeting and business forecasting knowledge
Ø Understanding of Pay TV
Ø Knowledge of agency briefing
Ø Knowledge and understanding of operations, and trade marketing
Ø Strong understanding of market and customers
