Job Description

We invite qualified applicants for the position of Project Supervisor at one of our clients’ factory.
The Project Supervisor role will involve overseeing a team of factory workers and collaborating with other departments to achieve operational goals.
Communicate effectively with management and other departments to provide updates on project status and address any issues or concerns.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to production activities
Ensures that the work is being done properly and according to the plan.
Assign employees to desired jobs and monitors them.
Plan in advance to assign substitution of employees who will be absent due to various reasons.
Keep and control the attendance of employees and report on timely basis.
Manage different leaves of employees.
Manage Contractual agreements of employees and send to Head Office at the earliest possible time
Insures staffs have their uniforms & PPE on time.
Insure that the work place is safe and reports any accident and or incident occurs for further investigation and to protect its occurrence once again.
Take disciplinary measures if employees commit unlawfully.
Deliver induction training for new joiners and guide them to perform well.
Check medical prescriptions, receipts and certificates and send to Head office for
Other Benefits: Position Allowance 1,000 Transportation Allowance Birr 600, Communication Allowance, Birr 500 and performance based incentive every month
Required: 01(One)
Qualification:
BA in Management, Economics, Accounting, SCM, Business Administration and related fields.
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a factory setting.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and manufacturing software.
Experience:
Above 3 years of experience as Factory Supervisor
