The Hand-Holding Ticketing Terminal Technician provides essential technical support to ensure the smooth operation of ticketing terminals and related systems. This role involves assisting users with ticketing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining optimal functionality. The technician is responsible for promptly addressing user inquiries, resolving technical problems, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on assistance to users at ticketing terminals, guiding them through the ticket purchase process.
Address user questions, concerns, and technical issues related to ticketing machines.
Demonstrate patience and professionalism while assisting users face-to-face or over the phone
Perform routine maintenance on ticketing terminals, including cleaning, calibration, and minor repairs.
