Job Description
Perform consultations with key stakeholders on the requested area of the project
Develop contractual and project planning documents carefully.
Gather information to prepare RFP document in collaboration with concerned department and other bid related documents then get them approved by steering committee.
Collaborate with business stakeholders (concerning departments) to gather system requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into actionable project plans and FRD
Will assist defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Will assist the development of comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring tasks are assigned, progress is tracked, and potential risks and issues are identified and addressed.
Implement risk management strategies, proactively identifying and mitigating project risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and present updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to insurance systems and project management methodologies.
Will prepare and present reports of the progress.

Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
The incumbent works under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer
Qualifications and Work Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Law or any other related field. Furthermore, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, PRICE 2, Agile or equivalent is strongly preferred.
Preferably 2+ years of experience in a Project Management, with a focus on insurance systems and other related projects. Type of employment condition can be a contract or permanent. Please refer to the link to see the job specification in detail.
