Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 2 years in a managerial role Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to grow platform usage - Lead a team of sales and field agents to promote and register users on the logistics platform - Identify target markets and expand business partnerships with logistics providers, transporters, and shippers - Organize and oversee marketing campaigns, promotional events, and digital outreach - Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to optimize strategy - Set and track KPIs, sales targets, and registration goals - Provide regular performance reports to company leadership - Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities

Diploma in Business Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Business administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Produce monthly vehicle utilization/performance report and submit this to the Supervisor. - Follow up all the logistics monthly and quarterly diary and provide the necessary report/information on time. - Ensure that all store or warehouse management works are done to the required standard. Ensure that Bin Card/Stock Card is regularly up to date and the physical count of the items is matching with the records in the card.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities - Oversee the full cycle of different project sub-grant management process, including grant setup, budget monitoring, and grant close-out. - Assist the project team in increasing beneficiaries’ incomes by improving agricultural practices, raising yields, and facilitating access to better markets. - Review HDP AND, ACCII program projects financial reports in alignment with supportive documents thus ensure MCF, DANIDA, RNE and others compliance are adhered.
