Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out research into agricultural production, processing, marketing, and policy.

• Develop research design and methodologies.

• Analyze data on agricultural economics and trends.

• Develop strategies for production, markets, and policy implementation.

• Provide advisory service for the projects, strategies, and policies.

• Analyze huge data on the economic, social, market, and cultural impact of the project.

• Provide training for staff related to each project.

• Conduct Economic and agricultural research, analyze agricultural data, develop policy recommendations, and Prepare analytical economic reports.

Job Requirements

• Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics or a related field or a related field.

• Proven related experience, 8 years plus.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• An understanding of agricultural production and markets and policy analysis.

• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling.

• Proficiency in the use of computers and specialist software like STATA, SPSS, and R-Studio.

• Analytical Organized and Strong communication skills.

• High presentation and negotiation skills.
