Job Requirements

Educational Background ፡

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.

Marketing Skills፡-

• Demonstrated proficiency in marketing strategies and digital marketing.(E-mail, telegram)

Customer Service Skills:-

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience Level:-

• Typically requires 2-6 years of relevant experience in marketing and Real State customer service roles.

Computer skills:-

• Proficient in using Excel, word

Customer Focus: -

• Dedication to understanding and meeting customer needs,

• convince the client and bring work with good follow-up

• Try to bring customers using a different method

Communication Skills: -

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.

Understanding of Real Estate Market:

• A successful real estate marketing professional should have a deep understanding of the real estate market trends, property values, and neighborhood dynamics.
