Main Responsibilities

Coordinate, organize, and support execution of all required activities for TPM implementations of the brewery, according to the overall TPM planning, leading to the results as defined in the vision and mission of the brewery.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Support management in executing Safety and other pillars, 5S, and high-performance organization.

• Ensure GMP is implemented in all areas,

• Audit for any gap and prepare an action plan.

• Explain to all brewery staff the added value of the TPM program by communications means as visual management and newsletters.

• Give regular support to teams, pillars, and all brewery staff by coaching, training, and auditing.

• Identify problems/points in the berries culture and performance by using TPM tools.

• Implement countermeasures according to standards.

• Evaluate the TPM progress with the management team in the brewery.

• Execute a brewery audit (including reporting).

• Ensure that implementation of the TPM program is in line with UB standards, planning, and benefits/savings.

• Stay up to date with all TPM developments at the regional level and implement them in the brewery.

• Collect and report brewery KPI reports.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience and Key Skills

• A BSc degree in Industrial management/process engineering or other engineering-related fields.

• 3-5 years of experience in related areas.

• Knowledge and experience of improvement activities, TPM methodologies, and Lean and continuous management is a plus.

Required Differentiating Competencies

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• Digital Literacy and working knowledge of MS Office packages- Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

• Problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in teams and work under pressure.
