A human resource (HR) officer is a skilled and qualified HR expert whose role is pivotal to any organization with a workforce. They are responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including, orientation, and training of new staff members, and managing payroll.

Base location: Based in Addis Ababa, with frequent travel to the field

Duration: 1 year with possible extension

Job Requirements:

• Required qualification and experience: Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Business Administration. Sociology, Economics, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Management, or in any other related field.

• A minimum of 5 years post qualification experiences in human resource and administration management in Ethiopia with at least 3 years of NGO experiences in human resource management preferably working in International NGOs in Ethiopia
