Bachelor's Degree in Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Plant Science, Food Science, Post Harvest Technology or in a related field of study Duties & Responsibilties: - Perform microbiological (e.g., pathogen detection, total plate count, yeast/mold), chemical (e.g., pH, moisture, fat, protein, preservatives), and physical (e.g., viscosity, texture, color) testing on food and beverage samples. - Prepare samples, reagents, and media for testing. - Accurately document test results in laboratory information management systems (LIMS). - Participate in internal audits and proficiency testing programs.
