The Senior Loan Recovery Officer is responsible for the collection of debts prior to legal recovery proceedings commencing, negotiating payments/payment arrangements, handling debtor inquiries, and providing administrative assistance to the team.

Job Requirement

• Qualification: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance , Business Leadership  Marketing Management  or related fields Plus 5/6years’ General  Work Experience of which 2 year as , SCRO,  CRM, ICRM,CSM-I, Operation Manager-II, Senior Banking Operation Office-I  or equivalent position or equivalent position in Banking Industry

• Job Grade:  XII

• Ability of Listening, Speaking, Reading &Writing ‘Afaan Oromoo’ English and Amharic Language is Mandatory.
