Job Description

Administrative assistants provide administrative and office support for supervisors. They perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary

  • Maintain office files & records

  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments

  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners

  • Document expenses and hand in reports

  • Develop and maintain a filing system

  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Secretarial Science or any other related field of studies.

  • Experience in import and Export companies especially in the coffee export industry.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience.
