Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with proficiency in English and excellent communication skills to join our team as an Office Receptionist & Coordinator. Effective communication in English, both written and verbal, is essential for this role to ensure seamless interaction with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a professional manner

  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents

  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed

  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management

  • Collaborate with various teams to support office operations and ensure smooth workflow

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in English

  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn and adapt

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any field is a plus
