Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with proficiency in English and excellent communication skills to join our team as an Office Receptionist & Coordinator. Effective communication in English, both written and verbal, is essential for this role to ensure seamless interaction with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Greet and welcome visitors with a professional manner
Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed
Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management
Collaborate with various teams to support office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn and adapt
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any field is a plus
