Secretaries perform a variety of administrative tasks to help keep an organisation run smoothly. They answer telephone calls, draft and send e-mails, maintain diaries, arrange appointments, take messages, file documents, organise and service meetings, and manage databases.

Qualification Requirements: 

Education: 

  • BA Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Accounting, Marketing, Management

Experience:

  • At least 4/2 Years’ experience in related position.

Skills:

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal com. 

  • Basic computer skill (Microsoft office), ¬Communication Skill, File Organization
