Job Description
The Cost & Budget Division Head will be responsible for performing cost analyses and preparing budget reports and should also be able to create detailed reports that present cost-effective solutions for our company. Analyze any changes in goods or services provided in order to determine what effect it has on the cost. Analyze Construction costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs. Provide management with reports that specify and compare factors that affect prices and profitability of products or services
Job Requirement
Requirements & Qualifications
MA/BA degree in Accounting & Finance
Minimum of 6/8 years’ experience out of which 4 years at Supervisor position related preferably in Construction/ Real Estate company
Technical & other Skills
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
To be detailed oriented, knowledgeable on statistics, strong problem-solving skills,
Work comfortably under pressure, and deliver on tight deadlines
