This role requires someone who is creative and can identify, create, manage and deliver digital content using a range of techniques, across channels including websites, social media and webinars.

Education

• A Bachelor's Degree in Creative Arts such as Videography, Photography, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Information Technology or a related field is typically required.

Experience

• Previous experience in social media marketing and digital content creation is often preferred. This may include internships or work experience in a relevant field.

Skill

• Well spoken and written in English

• Able to take videos, photographs professionally using DSLR cameras for social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Able to use premiere pro indesign, Photoshop, illustrator, 

• Knows how Instagram, Facebook, tiktok works and is able to post and write caption for content 

•   social media trends and best practices.

• Ability to create engaging and shareable content for different platforms.

Content Creation Skills

• Strong writing and editing skills.

• Experience in creating various types of digital content, including text, images, graphics, and videos.

• Knowledge of content creation tools and software.

Marketing Knowledge:

• Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

• Ability to develop and implement social media marketing campaigns.

Creativity

• Innovative and creative thinking to come up with unique and attention-grabbing content ideas.

• Has ability of painting, sketching or can bring a new creative perspective into our social medias of Tracon Real Estate. 

Analytical Skills:

• Ability to analyze social media and digital marketing metrics to assess the performance of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
