Job Description
Main Responsibility
Responsible for the overall administration of human resource activities including recruitment, staff benefits, correspondences, termination, payroll administration, and the like.
Review, develop. and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Monitor the proper documentation of personnel files, incoming and outgoing letters, staff history files, and other documentation.
Serve as a bridge between the management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Review the current remuneration plan and benefits packages and conduct survey as required.
Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation; including minimizing their occurrence.
Handling workplace investigations, and taking disciplinary actions including contract termination procedures as required.
Ensure data protection is complied with and personnel records are maintained to a high standard.
Nurture a positive, energetic, and conducive working environment.
Assess needs assessment and plans to conduct appropriate and cost-effective training programs.
Monitor and ensure that the performance management mechanisms are effective throughout the organization.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Adhere to the requirements set by the HR Manual and the governmental rules and regulations.
Carrying out other necessary Human Resource related administrative duties.
Proven working experience as HR manager.
People-oriented and result-driven.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR practices.
Academic Qualifications
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Management or related business fields
Experience: 6+ Years of experience, manufacturing industry experience is an added value
