Job Summary  

• The M&E Officer leads the development and implementation of the project’s M&E system, learning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of the project at the program area level with a focus on developing benchmark information and indicators for measuring changes expected within the program objective. He/she contributes to the project operational plan preparation, provides technical assistance for developing templates and systems to capture data for analysis and effective communication of changes, impacts and learning.

Job Requirement

Qualification :

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Development Studies or in a related fields

• At least five and above years in relevant service; Strong knowledge and working understanding of PSNP and USAID Food Security and Resilience programs; Strong understanding of M&E system, knowledge generation & management, analysis and reporting; Computer literate, with strong knowledge of MS Office applications
