Addis systems invites qualified applicants for the following vacant positions.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscapes, and use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Manage and maintain brand identity and consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
Oversee the creation and production of marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising, to reach and engage target audiences.
Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution, including campaign ideation, planning, execution, and performance analysis.
Develop and implement lead generation strategies and tactics to acquire qualified leads and drive sales pipeline growth, collaborating closely with sales teams.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs, such as website traffic, conversion rates, email open rates, and ROI, and use data insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and creative teams, to align marketing initiatives with business goals and objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, develop actionable insights, and drive strategic initiatives.
Creative thinking and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop compelling marketing messages, campaigns, and content that resonate with target audiences.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising, with hands-on experience in campaign execution and optimization.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or HubSpot, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, concepts, and strategies to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Effective project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members, foster collaboration and innovation, and drive results.
Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges and opportunities.
