   Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure a high percentage of purchase orders are processed accurately, minimizing errors and discrepancies to maintain smooth operations.

• Contract draft preparation: it typically includes details such as the parities involved the scope of the work or service payments terms, timelines termination clauses and other relevant provisions 

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with suppliers through effective communication, negotiations, and strategic partnerships to ensure the best possible terms and service ,payment terms ,timelines, termination clauses and any other relevant provisions necessary to ensure clarity and enforceability of the agreement.

• Drive cost-saving initiatives through effective negotiations, bulk purchasing, and strategic sourcing, while adhering to budget constraints and quality standards.

• Ensure timely receipt of orders from suppliers to support uninterrupted production schedules and meet customer delivery customer delivery commitments.

• Monitor and maintain standards for purchased goods to minimize defects and returns, ensuring consistent quality in our beverage products.

• Evaluate supplier performance based on criteria such as lead times, reliability, and adherence to contractual terms to ensure the highest level of service and reliability

• Streamline the procurement process by reducing cycle times from requisition to receipt of goods, enhancing operational efficiency and agility.

• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, ethical standards, and industry best practices while proactively mitigating supply chain risks.

Job Requirements

•  BA Degree in Accounting, Logistics and Supply Chain or other related business fields.

•  A minimum of 3 years’ experience.

•  Previous experience in a similar position is required.

•  Experience in the beverage/FMCG industry is preferable.

•  Ability to work under pressure and ability to consistently deliver
