Job summary
Warehouse and Transport Managers are generally responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storage and dispatching operations cost efficiently, in line with Kegna’s standards and quality regulations, in order to meet the internal and external customers service requirements. Organizes finished goods and empties transport in the most cost- effective way, complying with Kegna’s standards and all applicable regulations, in order to meet the internal and external customer services requirements. He/She also oversees production workers, machine operators, forklift operators, drivers, loaders, handlers, and other warehouse and transport staff. They report directly to the brewery manager
Roles and Responsibilities
Plan the warehousing resources (staff, space, and equipment), to run the operations in Ginichi cost efficiently while meeting the internal and external customer service requirements.
Lead Quality staff and meeting/exceeding the goals of the brewery requirement.
The Warehouse and transport Managers must organizing every aspect of the transportation and warehousing of goods—from receiving and storing products to dispatching deliveries and beyond.

Taking care of workplace health and safety standards and for the security of the building and stock.
Overseeing and ensuring if warehouse store temperature is controlled to the appropriate level.
supervise the transportation, receipt, dispatching, and storage of merchandise in our warehouse.
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse and transportation in the inventory system.
Working proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations.

Reports to The Office of Brewery Manager
Academic requirement:
MA or BA Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation, Property Management or related fields
Work experience:
6/8years of experience, with at least 3/4 years of experience in managerial positions
Additional Competencies :
Record of successful distribution and logistics management
Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
Proficient in standard logistics software
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to make Decisions under pressure
Experienced in working in a multicultural environment
Ability to foster team-oriented goals
Excellent language skills in English, Amharic and Afan Oromo
