Job Description

As a junior procurement officer, your responsibilities may include assisting with the procurement process, sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, negotiating prices, and preparing purchase orders. You may also be responsible for maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Additionally, you may assist with contract management, vendor evaluation, and cost analysis. 

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field with minimum 1 year of experience.

Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management is preferred.

Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with procurement software may also be required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important for building relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
