Job Description
Act as the middle person between a company and its customers. They ensure that the customers are satisfied by providing them with guidance and explanation on their accounts and services received by the company. They also have possible other tasks such as developing plans or delivering proposals.
Educational Qualification Required: MA/ BA Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics & Accounting or related field of study.
Work Experience:MA with 2 years or BA with 5 years of experience at least 1 or 3 years relevant work experience.
Other skills
i. Proven interpersonal communication,
ii. Fluency in English both spoken & written,
iii. Highly motivated and those who can execute duties with least guidance are encouraged to apply.
