Job Description
Secretaries perform a variety of administrative tasks to help keep an organisation run smoothly. They answer telephone calls, draft and send e-mails, maintain diaries, arrange appointments, take messages, file documents, organise and service meetings, and manage databases.
Qualifications : Degree/Diploma/Level IV in Secretarial Science, Office Management and Other related Field of study
Experience: 4/6/7 of experience in position of Secretary or Office Management Officer
NOTE:-
Construction Company experience is more advantageous.
Computer training certificate is required.
