Branch Managers oversee the management of one or several bank activities. They set policies which promote safe banking operations, ensure the economic, social and commercial targets are met and that all the bank departments, activities and commercial policies are in compliance with legal requirements. They also manage employees and maintain an effective working relationship among the staff.

Job Requirement

• Qualifications: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and finance , Business Leadership Marketing Management  or related fields

• Work Experience: 6/7 years’ General Work Experience of which 1 year as Branch Manager I or Equivalent position in Banking Industry.

• Job Grade: XIII

• Ability of Listening Speaking, Reading &Writing Afaan Oromoo, English and  Amharic Language is Mandatory

Work Place:  Branches under West Finfine District ( Meta Robi Branch), Branches under Adama  District (Bokoji and Sagure Branches)
