Job Description
The General Manager is tasked with developing and implementing strategies to ensure the factory meets its strategic goals of the business focusing on revenue growth, people and culture, performance and quality standards, customer satisfactions. In this regard, the GM will give due emphasis on production goals, maintains quality standards, and achieves financial targets. Additionally, the GM oversees all facets of factory operations, encompassing production scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and maintenance. Furthermore, the GM assumes responsibility for providing leadership and guidance to factory staff, which includes recruitment, training, and performance management.
Job Requirement
Educational Qualification: MA/MSc/BA/BSc Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, Business Management, or related fields
Experience: 12/14 years, out of which at least six years must be in an equivalent position. Direct experience in manufacturing of energy and communication cable is a plus
Skills: The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of business management at an equivalent level, possess technical knowledge and skills, be able to work under pressure, and have expertise in business development and conflict management
