Job Description

Real Estate Sales Representatives assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Real estate agent or real estate sales person does similar work to a real estate broker, but brokers are licensed to manage their own a real estate businesses. Real estate agents must work with real estate brokers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell apartments.

  • analysis of potential customers to meet their needs.

  • Contact potential customers and register their own address.

  • report daily  prospects and follow-up customers

  • Planning one’s own weekly, monthly plan

  • fulfilling daily company quota

  • Use his/her best efforts to seek buyers for the apartment units, promote sales of the apartment units in a diligent and aggressive manner, and forward all customers and relevant information to the Company

  • Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and new clients

  •  Go around, attract people, and take their attention to our project

  • Motivated driven attitude

  •  Being active in Site office and creating network around site project 

  •  Follow up with clients on their real estate needs and stay in regular contact with them

  •  Act in a manner consistent with the company's high image, reputation and reliability

  • Prepare and submit regular sales report and analysis to line supervisor 

Required number: 20 (twenty)

Compensation:  Salary and attractive commission 

Employment: Contractual 

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing,  Management, Business Administration or in a related field

  • At least 6 months experience in Real Estate Sales   

  • A people-oriented, positive, and customer-centric attitude.

  • Passion for real estate and helping people achieve their property goals

  • Outstanding interpersonal communication

  • Strongly motivated and creative

  • Willingness to continually learn and adapt to changing market conditions
