Main Responsibilities:

• Generate Sales: Actively seek out new customers and engage with existing ones to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent service and communication.

• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.

• Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the Sales Director and Marketing Manager to implement effective sales strategies and achieve business objectives.

• Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

• Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, challenges, and achievements to the Sales Director.

Compensation: Net 4000 ETB + Commission

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Knowledge of the local market and customer needs.
