We are seeking a highly-skilled Sales and Marketing officers to join our TV station. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading the sales and marketing initiatives of the TV Station.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets

• Manage relationships with key customers and partners to increase sales and build long-term partnerships

•  Analyze customer feedback and trends to drive marketing and Program strategies.

•  Create and maintain a strong brand identity by developing effective marketing campaigns

•  Identify  new  markets and customer segments to add values for the company benefit

• Analyze sales and marketing data to create performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement

• Work closely with other departments such as editorial team, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• BA in Marketing, Business Management or related field.

• 2 + years of experience in sales and marketing

• Demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth in a TV station or similar media industry

•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
