We are seeking a highly-skilled Senior Sales and Marketing officers to join TV station Hagerie TV. The ideal candidate    will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading the sales and marketing initiatives of the TV Station.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Senior Sales and Marketing professional, you will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and achieve targets.

•  Leading and managing a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.

•  Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential customers, and closing deals.

• Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, competition, and customer needs, and adjusting marketing strategies accordingly.

• Monitoring and analyzing sales and marketing performance metrics, preparing reports, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• Staying up-to-date with industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices in sales and marketing.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• BA/MA in Marketing, Business Management or related fields.

• 4 + years of experience in sales and marketing

• Demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth in a TV station or similar media industry

• Results-oriented approach, with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
