Job Requirements:

• BA/ Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Management, Hotel Operation, Management or any related filed.

• Having two and more than years’ work experience in an international Hotel (4*5*) by reservation supervisor or reservation agent

• Excellent customer service skills, knowledge of opera system, Expedia, Booking engine

• Excellent skill in computer usage, working experience in outlook and email handling

• Good Command of English and knowing other language is advantageous

• The successful candidate is likely to have a passion for customer service and interpersonal communication skill

• Detail Knowledge on online travel agent (OTA’S)
