BA Degree in Policing, Economics, Management, Accounting, Military Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Public Safety or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a large institutional setting like a hospital, airport, or large commercial complex. Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and regularly review hospital security policies, procedures, and protocols in line with industry best practices and local regulations. - Ensure effective patrolling, monitoring, and surveillance of hospital premises. - Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for all hospital staff, promoting a culture of vigilance and safety.
