Application Support Engineers deal with the technical requirements, management, and design for the development of various engineering applications, such as systems, new product designs, or the improvements of processes. They are responsible for the implementation of a design or process improvement, they offer technical support for products, answer questions about the technical functionality and assist the sales team.

Job Requirements

Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,   Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science,  Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 

• A minimum of two years of experience is required, along with expertise in Flex cube core banking system such IBD (OBPM, LC BC .etc), Financing, PDM, Retail teller and Flex Cube  Origination, Parameterisation, Customization , BI report development, proficiency in Database management systems and SQL Queries, Linux Operating system competency,  strong communication skills, and Strong knowledge in banking & finance fundamentals, retail/commercial / Islamic banking products life cycle, accounting, and back-office operations.
