We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will play a role in handling architectural design, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality architectural solutions, and managing all aspects of projects independently.

 Major Duties and Responsibilities

•  Manage the overall architectural design efforts for complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives, budget, and schedule requirements.

•  Provide strategic architectural guidance and technical expertise to stakeholders and clients.

•  Develop and communicate architectural design concepts, solutions, and recommendations through drawings, presentations, and other visual aids.

•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to integrate architectural requirements into overall project plans.

•  Conduct thorough design reviews and quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with architectural standards, building codes, and best practices.

•  Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in architecture, and incorporate relevant advancements into design strategies.

•  Participate in client meetings, presentations, and discussions to understand project requirements, address concerns, and provide expert guidance.

•  Manage relationships with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to support architectural project needs.

•  Collaborate with business development teams to identify and pursue new opportunities for architectural services and projects.

Job Requirements

Academic qualification

•  Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

•  Professional licensure will be required.

•  Strong experience in software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Work Experience:

·   Minimum of 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a focus on structural and road designs.

·  Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability principles.

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·  The ability to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines.

·  Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently and simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

·  Creative problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset, with a passion for driving innovation in architectural design.
