Job Description

Principal Reinsurance Operations Officers work with senior management to review and implement the company’s ceded and inuring credit policy to mitigate unnecessary risk, conduct monthly or quarterly compliance reviews, develop a cost-effective business plan for collections and ensure timely collection of bills, establish and deliver appropriate learning and development materials for reinsurance operations claims specialists that reduce operational risk and improve the recovery of reinsurance assets across the team.

Job Requirement

  • Required Academic Qualifications and skills:BA/BSC degree in Management, Accounting, Economics or related field of study

  • Minimum Work  Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in reinsurance operation

  • Other required skills: – Computer literate

  • Year of experiences will be counted after graduation
