Responsibilities:

The HSEQ Communications and Inspection Officer role is development of culture of risk management based on the principle of TotalEnergies HSE policy. The candidate will manage HSE Event/incident and accident reporting processes, ensuring immediate reporting and analysis of any incident or anomaly. Compiles the monthly HSEQ report and ensures proper progress follow-up of actions closure from HSE events and execution of recommendations following an incident/accident investigation. Ensures emergency contact addresses are regularly updated and operational. Follows and consolidates HSE related actions. Participates in the continuous improvement of the HSE Transport Safety level. Promotes Safe Driving Culture amongst employees through trainings, campaigns, inspections etc. Conducts unscheduled and regular visits at project sites under construction or maintenance works involving critical activities to check compliance of Work Permits, Prevention Plan and all HSE requirements, checks potential environmental risks at service stations and compliance to local regulations and company requirements.

Job Requirement

Educational background

• Bachler degree from a recognized university in Engineering or similar fields

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 years of experience.

• Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills and high level of commitment, analytical and accuracy in reporting and quality of work, able to work under pressure required.

• Computer literate (very good knowledge of MS office including Word, Excel).
