A general surgeon is a medical specialist who performs surgery for a wide range of illnesses. They are educated and trained in the diagnosis, preoperative, operative, and postoperative management of patient care. Some duties include examining patients and making diagnoses to determine the need for surgery, reviewing patients' medical history and planning the best procedure for treatment, evaluating and advising patients on the risk involved with having surgery, performing surgical procedures to prevent or correct injury, disease, deformities, and patient function while adhering to regulatory and ethical protocols.

Job Requirement

Educational Qualification:

• Medical Specialist (General Surgeon) from an accredited university

• Board certification and current license to practice general surgery

• Over three years of experience as a practicing general surgeon

• High professional ethics

• Professional License is mandatory.
