English Teachers for High school provide education to students, commonly children and young adults, in a secondary school setting. They are usually specialist subject teachers, who instruct in their own field of study. They prepare lesson plans and materials, monitor the students' progress, assist individually when necessary and evaluate their knowledge and performance through assignments, tests and examinations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that align with the curriculum.

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication.

• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience

Job Requirement

• Master’s or BA degree in English Education, English Literature, TEFL ,or related fields (Master’s preferred).

• Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience.

• Strong command of the English language (both written and spoken).

• Passion for literature, language, and education.

• Experience with diverse teaching methods and technology integration.

• 2 years or more proven experience as an English teacher for grade 11 and 12 and beyond.
